some useless ja html files in the jar file "org-netbeans-modules-uml-
reporting_ja.jar" of webreport nbm "org-netbeans-modules-uml-reporting.nbm", 
these files need to be removed from the workspace:
translatedfiles/src/uml/webreport/src/org/netbeans/modules/uml/reporting/templa
tes
alldiagrams_ja.html
allelements_ja.html
body_template_ja.html
overview-summary_ja.html
overview_ja.html
package-frame_ja.html
script_template_ja.html

After that, a new ml build is needed.

tried build 070319, and the problem is not reproduced.
