Description _ pcw 2007-03-15 20:33:33 UTC
There are two parts to this.

1. Basic spec for the overall multiview editor. Not much to do there, since it
will look like all the other xml related multiview editors. Needs to include
level of error hints/auto fix items we will be able to handle.

2. Individual UI specs for each file type (sun-web.xml, etc.) indicating what
fields will be exposed as custom UI elements. This also needs to include a
general spec for handling the look & feel of each item, how errors will be
marked and how virtual XML fields will be displayed distinctly from real XML
driven fields.

Obsolete milestone, please reevaluate

Marking future... it'll get done, but not right now and possibly not for 6.0. An unfortunate casualty of the short dev
cycle allotted to the config editor for 6.0.

please be prepared to discuss this issue on 2008/10/22
