Profiler 070314

Use of line numbers in names of profiling points is confusing since the line
easily could change while the name stays the same. Consider use of plain
numbering in profiling points names and display line numbers as an addition to
the name value based on real up-to-date values (the way Runtime nodes show
server port or status).
