In the purpose of the Java Tools Bundle we should create a new type of a 
progress for showing so called "marketing messages".

There should be a way to specify images, the requency of change and at what 
parts of the installation process these images should be shown (just during 
installation of the desired component / for all the process / messages from all 
of the components are changed in some order / etc).
