Hm, it seems it was blocked by not responding cvs command executed before. 
nutitAll tasks on main server are executed through one task queue and if some
task blocks it for a time other tasks have to wait.
I will analyze if it is possible to execute scheduling tasks separately. But
there can occur some race conditions than.

Anyway all scheduled tasks were executed after I had killed the cvs task cca at
8:30 cet.
