visualweb/extension_core/src/org/netbeans/modules/visualweb/extension/core/resources/drag_position.gif
cannot be read using ImageIO nor it cannot be opened in GIMP.

seems to be corrupted too

Should be removed if not used.

This module has been removed from the build as a result of the fix for issue 100175.
