Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Extras > Optionen > Fortgeschrittene Optionen 2. Open the nodes "IDE Konfiguration" and "Einstellungen für Server und externe Werkzeuge" 3. Open the node "Arten des Vergleichens und Mischens" and expand all subnodes of that one See attached image for details. Red circles: Problem with notation. Just as example: The header is written: "Vergleichs- Anzeiger" and the entry is written: "... Vergleichsanzeige". One time it's written as one word, the other time there are two words separated by a dash. Pink circle: Wrong translation here. The entry is called "...anzeige" but sorted into "Verfahren".

Initial issue fixed, but created inconsistency now: Extras > Optionen > IDE Konfiguration > IDE Konfiguration > Einstellungen für Server und externe Werkzeuge > Arten des Vergleichens und Mischens > Vergleichsverfahren One entry is called: Eingebautes Vergleichverfahren the second one reads: Kommandozeilenbasierter Vergleich (diff) Requests here: a) equalize both entries (Proposal: ... Vergleich), what means in the first line the word "verfahren" needs to be removed and "Eingebautes" needs to be changed to "Eingebauter" b) remove the entry "(diff)" at the end. Both ways are diff-methods. Affected files: for a) netbeans- src\translatedfiles\src\diff\src\org\netbeans\modules\diff\builtin\provider\Bundle_de.properties for b)netbeans- src\translatedfiles\src\diff\src\org\netbeans\modules\diff\cmdline\\Bundle_de.properties See new image for more details.
