Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Extras > Optionen > Fortgeschrittene Optionen
2. Open the node "IDE Konfiguration"

Here you'll see a missing translation:
Toolbars is not translated to german.
Proposal: Werkzeugleiste

3. Invoke context menus of the three entries Toolbars, Aktionen, Aussehen.
a) In each an entry exist "Folder aktualisieren" <- needs to be translated
b) In Toolbars you'll see "Hinzufügen Werkzeugleiste" <- worder order needs to 
be changed
c) In Menüzeile you'll see "Hinzufügen MenüMenü" <- change the order of words 
and remove one the "Menü"s

Cannot find what causes 3 c. (It's a variable or something)
