将visual web pack 可视化编辑器中的布局控件，如：Grid Panel、Group Panel、Layout 
Panel等等，在CSS编辑器中设置其width=100%;height=100%。开始时时好的，但是在关掉该页面多
次后，再开启时会发现控件没有了，变成左上角一个很小的点。

Translate the decription to English:

For these layout components, such as Grid Panel、Group Panel、Layout panel, set
its width via ccs editor as width=100%;height=100%. They look fine at designer
at beginning. But after closing /reopening the page several times, the layout
component changes to a small dot at left-upper corner.

Yes, the problem is there. It seems it is again the problem with computing the
percentages when at the leaf elements (architectural issue). This needs more
investigation.
