Steps to reproduce:
- Create Web Application (choose J2EE 5 in wizard).
- Create Web Service in this application.
- Invoke item "Edit Web Service Attributes" from context menu of created WS.
- In opened dialog switch to "Security" TAB.
- Notice that message "Project not supported" appears in dialog.

The workaround had been implemented in the trunk and enabling WS security for
web application is now working
