repeated deploydir versus single deploydir with touch dot-reloads

deliverables: summary to dev@glassfish, possible blog entry

conclusion... touching the dot-reload file is not a great way to work...
repeated deploydir's may be better for interacting with a program.

the deliverables are not necessary for NB 6.0 but still worth doing
