Create a standard webapplication!
a) On the page "Name und Pfad" you'll see the entry "Zum Hauptprojekt machen"
In a standard J2SE project the same entry is called "Als Hauptprojekt festlegen"
b) There is a button labeled with "Durchsuche..."
In german usually an infinite instead of an imperative is used
