A dedicated UC for enterprise pack 5.5.1 should be created and enterprise pack
5.5.1 should point users to that UC.
If gavotte beta is respun, then this change must also be made so that modules
can be made available to gavotte beta users. (For packs, the same center is
usually used for both beta and final versions).

It has been decided not to re-spin gavotte beta bits and hence this change
cannot be done for gavotte beta.

There will not be a followup build for Gavotte beta
