The description (tooltip) comes from JBI runtime. All the JBI components
(SEs/BCs/Shared Libraries) need to be i18nized. Please file a ticket in bugster
against JBI components and add the ticket number here.

Comment 5 Jun Qian 2007-07-04 01:14:00 UTC

Currently, the JBI runtime (and also GlassFish, I guess) doesn't support localized client request. The server locale
decides everything. In other words, if a Chinese client and a Japanese client connect to a English GF, then both clients
will see English for any runtime-related info.

has anything changed in jbi or gf since this was filed such that this could now be implemented ?
