I have added following modules in this order:
Assessibility
Assessibility2
Assessibility3
Assessibility4
assessibility5
Assessibility6
The order of modules looks like attached screenshot.

The granularity of the recently added is only at the day level and not the
minutes/seconds.  This was the original intent of the design.  Since the use
case for adding a plugin usually includes adding one plugin per day, the current
functionality is adequate for most cases.  In the event that a developer adds
two or more plugins in the same day, each plugin will show up in the recently
added list but the order they were added will not be preserved.

I'm add this verbiage to the FAQ to help understand this and changing this to an
enhancement request.
