Moving/reorganizing tabs is painfully slow and unresponsive

Any details? Which OS etc? On my Win it's fast enough, so I guess it is a
problem on Linux/Solaris machines primarily.
Also, moving tabs inside main window or trying to undock? I saw that undocking
is slower and flicking on unix systems...
