Description Jiri Vagner 2007-02-26 15:57:44 UTC
Using UI designers in SharpDevelop (.NET Open Source IDE) or IntelliJ IDEA,
programmers can use special drag and drop handle (handle.jpg) at the top left
corner of selected component. (See the attached screenshots)

User can easily select component inside compoment tree and move selected
component in designer using drag and drop handle. It's cool feature, especially
when user wants to select and move underlaying "hidden" containers (Panel) and
he is unable to grab it and move it in designer.
