Profiler 070226

Currently, when performance snapshot is taken and its Call Tree tab is opened
there is a list of threads shown, each having 100% while their Time values
differ significantly. To improve self-descriptiveness a percentage from All
Threads Time value should be shown for Thread nodes. All other nodes should show
the same percentage as they currently show.
