If NetBeans 5.5 and 5.5.1 both installed then the Installer only lists
5.5

The 5.5.1 vwp installer was not updated to use the new NetBeans installer UID
values yet.  This has been corrected and will accept the following versions of
NB 5.5.1: development, RC1-RC4, and FCS.
