1) create project
2) select File->New File
==>New file wizard appears
3) choose any File category and file type. click Next
==> "Name and Location" dialog 

There is 'Folder' textfield in order to point folder name
4) Click Browse button
==> Browse dialog appears
 

If I want to locate new file in new subfolder (I can not create new folder on
Browse dialog) I must close wizard and first create new folder on Files tab and
then File->New Files again.

It would be very useful if I could create new folder right on Browse Folders
dialog box

in build 20080225
Folder field is editable and user can fill it.
so user can create new folder automatically while file creating.

I think this issue can be closed as WONTFIX
