JAX-WS has some new features and some of them should be exposed to the user
through some UI, eg.

-support target version 2.0 or 2.1 while importing wsdl
-support for WebServiceFeatures like attributes, @Addressing, @MTOM for
standalone jax-ws from Java ( No WSIT)
