I think that it is not useful to have both of them. I like the "Shema/Tree" view
more because it offers better keyboard navigation. What I would like to have is
the "Schema/Tree" view enhanced with some features from the "Design" view:
- DnD from the palette
- borders around a node and all nested nodes
- better (and probably bigger) "cell renderers" for xsd:element etc
- "cell editors" for tree nodes
