This is a regression.
Using latest build 070221_8.

Repro steps:
- create a java project with main class
- create a java-dependent uml project
- reverse engineer the main class into the existing uml project
- RE Operation on the main operation from the Main class in the uml project
Result: The Create New Diagram dialog comes up but the Finish button is disabled
regardless if a new diagram name is entered.
