It would be nice if, when editing .properties file, after inserting a new key,
the page would scroll so that the key is visible, and
the cursor placed in the value box, either in the table
or in the larger text area below.

Fixed in [relase32] and [main-trunk]. When added new key successfully it's
scrolled and set as editting the value from <deafult> locale.
