Need to review and implement UI for the Sun Appserver plugin, and for server
plugins in general.

One of the goals is to eliminate and replace the UI in Advanced Options under 
IDE Configuration -> Server and External Tool Settings -> J2EE Servers.

I think we can close this issue. It's been already implemented, right?
