If there are no root methods defined (Global attach, Entire application) disable modify CPU profiling / 
Entire application, since it can give you profiling results only for Runnable.run() started after modify 
profiling. See also issue #95772.

Reset Results button should be also disabled due to design issue 96584.

Should work fine in the new profiler.
