Reproduced in build 070214_22.

To reproduce the bug:

- rename an xsl file within an XSLT Module;
- open xsltmap.xml. It contains an obsolete name of the xsl file.

I doubt if this is a bug. 

We should implement this as refactoring, which is new feature for xslt module.
