Running a daily build of 5.5.1 from 2007-02-07 on JDK 5 Update 9 on WinXP. 

1. Create a BPEL Module project.
2. Right-click the new project and choose New > File/Folder
3. Click XML for Category
4. Click External XML Schema Document(s) for File Type.
5. Click Next.
6. Click the From Local File System option
7. Click the Browse button next to From Local File System option
8. The dialog that opens is a directory chooser.  It does *not* display files. 
It does therefore does *not* allow you to choose a single file.  You can choose
a directory and all the .xsd files in that directory will get copied to the BPEL
module project, but that's not what we want here.  Seems like this should be a
file chooser, not a directory chooser.
