When an issue is encountered during Search and replace, the result tab begins to
flash in yellow in a weird way. See issue 95203 for steps to reproduce. See
attached screenshot.

Can't reproduce this issue.
Could you please provide more information about configuration you are using (Window Manager, steps ...)
