Description:
build 051109_5 on xp

-drop a JSF standard data table
- drop PERSON on it
- invoke Table Layout
* "Add DataOProvider" button missing for the new feature implemented for BH
Table component
* Also, "Bind to Data" UI on DataTable (JSF Std) is different from that for BH
Table component.
* Would be nice, if all binding features are consistent for both the table component
