Original Target Release: mako_dev; Suggested Target Milestone : Dev

Description:
Using JavaOne build

Request from Dick Wall -

Internationalization support is very good right now except when wanting to use
messages on a page. At that point you have to go and enter
"{messages.my_label_name}" in the relevant field, opening yourself up to
spelling mistakes and also having to look up the correct label name in the
properties file. Would it be possible to add another tab in the values dialog to
show messages from properties files and let you select from there. Extra points
for automatically including the messages reference in the page when needed, and
also for using the default label in the visual edit view of the page (right now
it simply defaults to "Text" or empty string if you use a property)

Evaluation:
There will be some kind of enhancement to property binding dialogue to support
binding to resource bundles, for Mako.
