Usability: Server dropdown should take value of newly created server instance

Steps:
1. fresh userdir
2. File > New Project
See tomcat, but want s1as 
3. Press manage button and add s1as.  Close dialog
4. the server dropdown still shows Tomcat as the selected value.  User has to
manually select s1as from the list.

Wizard should update the value after the previous modal dialog is closed.

Evaluation:
It's NetBeans behavior.
