Description:
Build 9/8, WinXP
1.4 prj/1.5 JDK

- nuke the userdir
- start a project and switch to src
- Open the Samples > Trave:dropdown cc for edit 
> note the position of this cc prior-to
- mod & save changes for the cc
> the cc swaps position with the Travel: prerender cc

Evaluation:
This has to do with the fact that we create a new file for the codeclip when we
edit it.  This new file is not ordered.  To fix this we would have to use a XML
mechanism to modify the codeclips.

Possibly to be fixed in 6.0
