Description:
Dropping a database table on to a component that is already bound will change
the binding without any chance for the user to confirm.
 

Suggested Fix:
Recommendation 1.2 from June 2005 User Study
If the user drags a table (EJB or web service method) on to a component that is
already bound, a confirmation message should appear to avoid overwriting the
current binding.
