1. I downloaded the installer
2. Disconnected from the network and ran the installer
3. Installer failed (popping up an exception window), attaching the log

Fixed. The network connection was required as the icons for groups/products not
included in the bundle explicitly (i.e. you selected GlassFish and that implied
the Runtimes group) were not cached in the bundle.
