1. Install NetBeans with Tomcat.
2. Try to uninstall Tomcat with "Add or Remove Program" dialog.

Result: Node of "NetBeans 6.0 M6" is shifted. Screenshot in attach.

Mmmm.. Shifted where? The IDE node is not aligned with the Tomcat one, as tomcat
is under the Runtimes category, while IDE is not. So far assuming this to be
INCOMPLETE. Waiting for submiter's input.

NetBeans is a main stuff and it should be a main node and it shouldn't be
shifted against Runtime node.
Tomcat and GlassFish is subnode of Runtime and they should be shifted, but not
NetBeans.

Well, this issue is due to the tree structure of the components registry. It's
kind of by design. -> WONTFIX
