Steps to reproduce:
 - open the project attached
 - open XML schema from the project
 - invoke Refactor->Rename, make sure the Preview checkbox is checked
 - try to uncheck/recheck the TestSimpleType_Variable1 usage by clicking quickly
on checkbox several times
You will notice that when clicking quickly the checkbox does not change it's state

Very noticeable bug, should be a P3.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
