Form-generated code should be editable in source view. Currently it is locked 
and not editable unless you open the source in another program and make a 
change.

You can adjust generated code right from IDE by Code Customizer ("Customize Code" in the context menu).

Closing an old enhancement request. There is no intention to implement this.
