Steps to reproduce:
 - start debugging a BPEL process
 - wait until process stops at a breakpoint
 - start one more instance of the process
 - open BPEL Process Instances window. There will be 2 processes there
 - Click ... button in the State column
The custom editor will be opened but all states in the BPEL Process Instances
window will change to null

Changed target milestone from Sierra to 6.1 in order to display correct info on
NB 6.1 dashboard
