I could not find Window->Dynamic Help, nor could I access dynamic help window
using Alt+F6 or Ctrl+F6

I am using VNC to test A11Y, and it could be related to keyboard mapping with 
Alt+F6 or Ctrl+F6.  If Alt+F6 or Ctrl+F6 works on regular keboard mapping on a
desktop, this is not a P1 bug.

The menu is in Help | Dynamic Help and the keyboard short cur is Ctrl+Alt+H and
is working fine. Dynamic help is not part of CND and issues should be filed
against ATD.
