Open Project Properties dialog for any C/C++ project.
Select Parser Configuration|GNU C Compiler|General and invoke Include
Directories dialog for adding  project Include Directories.
Click Add Directory button-> Select Directory dialog occurred has
ADD_DIRECTORY_BUTTON_TEXT as title for button.


Set priority as P1 as it is regression after fixing i18n issues

It was fixed a couple a days ago. I thought I also closed this bug.

verified in build 2000423
