1.  Use pre-existing JDK 1.5.x installation
2.  Install Netbeans 5.5.1
3.  Install Netbeans Enterprise Pack (070116_30)
Create a new project
Rightclick processFile -> New -> File/Folder
When the NewFile page comes up
There is no WSDL from Database under File Types.

Please use the latest enterprise pack, we have recently migrated JDBC BC and SQL
SE design time source to gavotte. 
It is available with the latest builds. 
It won't be available in the build (070116_30), because by that time JDBC BC
design time was not moved into gavotte.
