Native windows launcher should be capable to correct processing of >2Gb 
(MAX_DWORD) file.

For the current moment we don`t have to deal with such a big files :)

No chance to fix the issue in M12.
Moving to M14 as more realistic date.

Since such a situation (creating huge bundles) is not very popular (more common 
solution in such cases is the CD/DVD media and external jar file) I am lowering 
the priority and making the issue be not a defect but the enhancement.
