1. Open some schema.
2. Switch to Source.
3. Make typo to cause schema to become not well-formed.
4. Switch to Design view.
Result: error message is positioned wrong and is partially invisible. For Schema
view, similar error message is positioned correctly.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
