Build: Gavotte Milestone build 4 (070108_13)

Steps to reproduce it:

1. Copy the attached BluePrint1.zip file and unzip it.
2. Start IDE. Open projects BluePrint1, BluePrint1Application and BpelModule1.
3. In IDE Projects window, will display two BluePrint1 nodes and two 
BpelModule1 nodes. (See attached snapshot DoubleDisplayBpelModules.png file)

This bug is a Tutorial/Demo stopper. Needs to be fixed in Preview.

I am attaching a new Hula version sample app.

Please try to unzip the LoanProcessing1.zip and load the three projects into IDE.
Will see 4 project nodes are displayed.

Works for me. Was using build 070420 on Windows XP Pro SP2.
Tried to open all the three projects together (i.e. selected them all in the
"Open Project" dialog) - they had opened successfuly and after theat I could see
three nodes in the Projects View. LoanRequestorCompositeApp project had some
reference problems which were resolved successfuly by pointing to LoanRequestor
project.

Please reopen the issue and add more details if it's still reproducable for you.
