Seguindo o comando:
1.	Invoke File | New File... from main menu.
2.	Select Web category and Tag Handler as file type. Push Next >. 
3.	Set Class Name field to person and check BodyTagSupport.
4.	Press Next > and use Browse... to select WEB-INF/tlds/library.tld as TLD File. 
5.	Press New... and set age as Attribute Name.
6.	Select int as Attribute Type and check required attribute option. 
7.	Check value evaluated at JSP translation time option and press OK. Press
Finish finally. 
Nesta última tela verificar a possibilidade de alterar o texto:
Original:
valor avaliado em tempo de tradução do JSP

Sugestão:
valor avaliado em tempo de interpretação do JSP.

This should br fixed on 6.0.1 translations. No updates for 5.X will be released.
