The JSP wizard (reached from Tools > JSP Wizard) doesn't conform to the
NetBeans wizard guidelines (available at
http://ui.netbeans.org/docs/wizards_styleguide/wizard.html).  At the very
least, there should be a list of steps on the left side of the wizard since
this is a long wizard.

It should also be accessible from the File > New... wizard, perhaps by adding
specific JSP entries such as "Standard JSP Page" and "Error handling JSP Page"
under the JSP category--these options would go from the New wizard directly
into the JSP wizard. Change the existing "JSP Page (HTML)" and "JSP Page (Plain
Text)" to be "Blank JSP Page (HTML)" and "Blank JSP Page (Plain Text)"--these
options would continue to create files in the selected mounted filesystem as
they currently do.

The JSP wizard is not under development any more, will not be fixed.
