Update spec that task list should CommentsMake sure we have a good Java source
plugin for the tasklist such that it can in most cases be used instead of the
Build Output window. In particular, I expect to see all Java source errors show
up there, quickly, as I'm editing.   I know the spec says that the tasklist will
be updated only on file save. I do however think that it makes sense to update
the -current- file more often than that. After all, the editor actions
(background parser, etc.) are all done after the user pauses editing. It would
be unfortunate to have the error state of the file (up-to-date status in
scrollbar, as well as underlined errors) be out of sync with the errors listed
in the tasklist.
