Ant 1.7.0 is close to release. Need to upgrade bundled Ant to it, and verify
that nothing is broken.

Need to enable IntrospectedInfoTest.testEnumeratedAttributes.

QE tested Ant 1.7.0 with NB and we haven't found any stopper.

I've done this already in my development environment with 1.7.0RC1 but I'd 
suggest waiting for the 1.7.0 final release, just in case they change anything
else.  If you want the 1.7.0RC1 ant module just tell me how you want it sent,
and what version to bump it to.  It's pretty straight-forward, as most of the
zips & jars can be created similar to what was done with 1.6.5.

I did not notice neither regression nor significant improvement in test results
between Dec 22 and 23 builds.
