reproducible with 061201

steps:
1. open design center
2. select diagram of some element node
3. press enter
diagram isn't opened/dialog for diagram selection doesn't appear

workaround for diagrams only: use context menu

still exists in 6.5. workaround exists.

UML support is no longer available in the NetBeans IDE so we are not going to fix this problem. Resolving accordingly.
